Virtual Peace Feast: Refugee Celebration

Our second Virtual Peace Feast will be a celebration of all that refugees and asylum seekers contribute towards our city.

As part of Bristol's Refugee Festival, we will be sharing a meal together from the safety of our own homes, while tuning in to an online broadcast, bringing you music and stories from refugees in Bristol. The takeaway meal option is now sold out, but you can still tune into the online event for free, or with a donation of £2. Music will be brought to you by the talented Dijwar Khalil and speakers will be bringing their stories and perspectives from different parts of the world. There will be time at the end of the event to ask questions and also to interact with guests and speakers over Zoom.

If you wish to buy a 'Pay it Forward' ticket to treat a member of the refugee community to dinner, we're keeping that option open and we will allocate these tickets to refugees who are especially vulnerable in the current pandemic.

Looking forward to seeing you at 19:00 on Friday 19th June.
